If ibaCapture Manager is not yet installed on your computer, turn to the chapter Installing ibaCapture software and proceed accordingly.
Start ibaCapture Manager by double clicking on the icon on the desktop 
or via the Windows "Start" menu.
At the first start ibaCapture Manager opens with the following user interface.

Initial installation
When ibaCapture is installed for the first time, i.e. no upgrade from previous versions, and ibaCapture Manager is opened on the same PC as ibaCapture Server runs, that server is automatically added to the server overview. You can directly switch to server configuration mode, see chapter Switching to server configuration mode, and configure the server and cameras.
Upgrade installation
When ibaCapture is installed as an upgrade from previous versions, the ibaCapture Server PC has to be added to the server overview, see chapter Adding servers. The cameras which are already configured at the server will be automatically detected when the server has been added.
