If you need the Support's help in case of malfunctions or unclear errors, a tool is available collecting all relevant ibaCapture information and saving it in a ZIP file. You can then email this ZIP file to iba Support.

You start the support tool via the Start menu – Program Files – iba – ibaCapture – Support tool.

Starting with ibaCapture-Manager 4.0, the support tool can also be started in the main menu of ibaCapture-Manager.

The file has the default name ibaCCSupport_yyyymmdd_hhmmss.zip

The ZIP file contains the following information:

  • Settings and logfiles of ibaCapture Manager

  • Player logfiles

  • Logfiles of the ibaCapture Server

  • Configuration of ibaCapture Server

  • Camera info

  • System information
