In the Export submenu, you can export individual images or video sequences.

Individual camera images (snapshots of the current frame) can be exported as JPG image files using the "Image" option. Video sequences can be exported as MP4 video files with the "Video" option.

If an image is to be exported, then a file browser appears to select the location. When exporting a video sequence, a dialog will appear in which a start and stop time can be specified. The start and end times are set to the positions of the markers in the camera timeline when the dialog is opened.
