The ibaCapture Server service can be controlled through the ibaCapture Server Status application. It provides information about the server status and allows manual start and stop of the ibaCapture Server service, see chapter ibaCapture Server Status .

Moreover, ibaCapture Manager allows adding and removing cameras, changing camera settings and setup the video storage including protected and unprotected disk space, see chapter ibaCapture Manager.

In ibaCapture Manager, also camera views are displayed and the cameras can be controlled.

Basically, ibaCapture Manager provides 2 modes with the following functions:

• Camera view

  • Overview of connected cameras and servers as tree-view. Servers can be added and removed.

  • Player area for video players of the selected cameras.

  • Menu ribbon with application and player control commands

• Server configuration mode

  • Configuration of ibaCapture Server

  • Camera configuration

  • Storage configuration

  • User management
