ibaVision can generate support files for situations where support from iba is required. The ZIP file can help iba support to diagnose problems.

To generate a support file right-click on the ibaVision icon in the taskbar and click on Help – Save information for iba support…

Select the file path in the following dialog and if HALCON/Python scripts should be included.

The ZIP file contains the following information:

• system information

• the current ibaVision configuration

• log files

• optionally HALCON/Python scripts.
