The following tables provide information on the cycle time extension you can expect for ibaPDA in conjunction with L2B-Request depending on the S7-CPU type.
Test series with up to 256 analog signals and 256 digital signals (8 slaves) were used to obtain the time values. The measurement values were determined in a test environment and only serve as reference points. The values may deviate in other system environments.

When using the external PROFIBUS-CP CP342-5 with the S7-300, a cycle-precise measurement is usually not possible because the data transmission over the backplane bus of the S7-300 is too slow. Otherwise, precise cycle measurements are possible if the PROFIBUS cycle is sufficiently fast. |
