Monitoring functions / Error states

Monitoring functions are used to identify error states of the channels and the device. The following error types are monitored on each channel and indicated by a status signal in ibaLogic.

• Shorted switch

• Broken line

• Over temperature

• Overcurrent and shorted load

Note
	The errors "Overcurrent" and "Over temperature" always lead to a disconnection of the respective channel triggered by the hardware. The error must be reset it by „ResetError_Ch[00..15]”. The errors “Broken line” and “Shorted switch” do not automatically disconnect the channel. A disconnection in case of an error can be configured in ibaPDA.
