With an HD offline event task, you can define one or more events based on existing HD recordings or data files. Each time the task is executed, the event is entered into an existing HD event store in real time.

By configuration of multiple tasks you can generate multiple events.

The task can be configured with every kind of job.

How often the occurrence of an event is recorded depends on the following factors:

  • Whether and how often the HD offline event task is executed.

  • Whether the event is triggered once or depending on a trigger signal.

A special feature of offline events is that additional information can be stored in the HD store with the event:

  • Calculated values (e.g., KPIs)

  • Name of the processed data file

Calculations of (statistical) key values for a period, a process section, or a product can thus be performed solely on the ibaHD-Server without database extraction, and the results can be stored there.
