Constant tolerance band

e.g. ConstantToleranceBand('Expression','Value')

This function returns a tolerance band around the input value as a result, which is based on a constant value.

Give at least the following arguments.

Function	Constant tolerance band
Input (expression)	Signal or expression to be used as input value
Value	Specification of a value
