ID
This value is generated automatically by the database and cannot be changed.
Slot index
This value indicates the position on the backplane bus. Slot index 0 would be the position of the CMU, slot index 1 the position of the first measuring module etc.
Name
The name of the asset (e.g. plant, aggregate group, aggregate, etc.) can be changed here.
Active
You can use this setting to enable or disable the selected module.
Buffer type
The buffer type high speed (HSp) or low speed (LSp) is displayed here. This parameter cannot be changed.
Digital filter mode/Antialiasing filter type
Some CMU modules with analog inputs or ICP inputs come with antialiasing filters.
For some older CMU modules, the antialiasing filters are build in without the option to modify or disable them. For others, the antialiasing filter can be switched off. For more recent modules, you can select different filter types, but you cannot switch off the filter or modify its values.
If the antialiasing filter or digital filter mode are fixed, this fact is indicated by a labeling as info field, e.g. like for the ibaMS8xICP module.
A drop-down list is available, in case the filter can be switched off or the filter type can be altered, like for the ibaMS16xAI-10V module.
The following table gives an overview:
