In the Report dialog of ibaAnalyzer, click the<Print>button to open the Print Options. Alternatively, you can add the menu command for printing the report to the toolbar, see Report output.

The <Preview> button opens a similar dialog box. However, the output is not sent to the printer, but a preview window opens instead.

In the dialog, you can select the printer that you want to use and specify the pages to be printed.

In the Print target section, specify the printer or the desired file format for the report. If you select Printer, you can choose an available printer and configure advanced settings. If you choose to save the output to a file, you can then specify format-specific options.

In the lower section, specify which pages to print.

The output is generated using the <Start> button or canceled using <Cancel>.

When you start a test print in the Report Designer, the contents of the currently visible layers are printed on the default printer without further confirmation.
