On this tab, you can configure the automatic sending of the report via email. You can specify conditions for when and to whom a report should be sent.

Email condition

Specify the condition for sending the email.

Process expressions in the subject or body

If you enable this option, you can use ibaAnalyzer expressions in the email body or subject line. The result should be a text signal. The expression must be valid and enclosed in curly braces "{ }".

Example: "Report for product { [product_id_textsignal] }"

Recipient information

In the To, Cc, Bcc, Subject , and Body fields, enter the recipient and the content of the email to be sent, in addition to the attached report.

<Email settings>

This button opens the Mail Settings window. In this dialog, you define the email account to be used for sending the email.

The Mail Settings window offers the following options.

Send via …

Select the email provider from the drop-down list.

Additional settings may be required for the selected email provider.

<Send a test mail>

ibaAnalyzer sends a test email to verify functionality.

<OK>

ibaAnalyzer saves all current settings within the dialog, closes the window, and returns to the Email Report tab.

<Cancel>

ibaAnalyzer discards all changed settings, closes the window, and returns to the Email Report tab.
