ibaPDA service is not running

The support file is generated by an active server instance. If the ibaPDA service is not running the support file cannot be generated. Please ensure that the service is running.

Registry key <key> cannot be opened

Please ensure that the provided registry key can be accessed.

Timeout of <timeout> minutes exceeded

The file could not be generated within the specified timeout. Please specify a longer timeout and try again.

Invalid zip files

The generated support file is invalid. Please refer to the ibaPDA server log files for more information.
