Support file generation via the command line

Generating a support file is usually done interactively in the Help menu in ibaPDA client with the command Save information for iba support...

In addition to the interactive support file generation the program ibaPdaGenerateSupportFile.exe facilitates the automatic generation.

	The execution of the program requires administrator rights.
