The LAND pyrometer interface can be used to measure data from LAND/AMETEK pyrometers of the SPOT+ devices family.
You may use an unlimited number of pyrometer connections with one interface license.
The connection between the pyrometer and ibaPDA can be established via the computer’s standard network interfaces (Ethernet-TCP/IP).
One analog signal (temperature) is acquired from each pyrometer.
Interface configuration
Set all values to zero when the connection to a sensor is lost.
If enabled, all measured values of the LAND pyrometers are set to zero as soon as the connection is lost. If this option is disabled, ibaPDA will keep the last valid measured value at the time the connection was lost in the memory.
Start the measurement even if a sensor is not accessible
If this option is enabled, the acquisition will start even if a LAND pyrometer is not accessible. Instead of an error, a warning is prompted in the validation dialog. If the system has been started without a connection to the device, ibaPDA will try to connect to the device at regular intervals.
Connection table
The table shows the read and error counters as well as the update times of the individual connections during data measurement. To reset the calculated times and counters to zero, simply click on the <Reset statistics> button.
